There are commitments that go beyond the professional sphere. Commitments that change the course of lives, restore confidence, and open up new horizons. At ORA Group, this commitment has a face: that of Antonio ROIG.

Originally from the northern districts of Marseille, Antonio knows the value of a second chance. His rich and unusual career path has led him to place people at the heart of his work. With the Tremplin vers l'emploi(Springboard to Employment) project, he has chosen to take action where others hesitate, building concrete bridges between young people who are far from the job market and careers in mass retail.

Alongside committed partners such as the École de la Deuxième Chance (Second Chance School), EPIDE, and Croix-Rouge Insertion (Red Cross Integration), Antonio supports, reassures, and passes on his knowledge. He doesn't just train people: he values them, believes in their potential, and transforms fragile careers into real successes. The figures confirm the impact, but it is above all the human stories that give this project its true meaning.

This year, this commitment was recognized with the LSA – La Conso s’engage award. A well-deserved distinction that celebrates the company's sincere and deeply human vision.

Congratulations to Antonio, a true Everyday Hero, whose actions remind us that inclusion always begins with a glance and a gesture of trust.
